We suggest that you write about the work that you would utlimately like to accomplish in your internship, rather than name organizations that you would like to work with. 

By using this method you keep your options open and will not miss out on a perfect match between your goals and a potential internship.  Internships in human resources, accounting, policy, and public relations are available at most organizations, not limited to just a few organizations.
